Requirements and Terms
1. To start a commission you are required to send all current references and information prior to working on proof (sketch). A second proof will be provided with corrections as needed.2. Changes are only allowed during the sketch stages. Any major changes after rendering will incur an additional fee. In the case that I miss an important detail please notify me and these will be changed free of charge3. Finished art belongs to it's owner but cannot be used for commercial use unless permission is obtained and a 50% royalty fee is agreed upon.4. Although the piece belongs to you, I still retain all copyright ownership5. Commissions are generally finalized within a few days and may go up to a week or two depending on the complexity but if you need the commission sooner, please let me know in advance so adjustments can be made.
Payment Terms
1. Payment is via paypal or kofi only. I require a 50% downpayment before starting any work to ensure all commissions are documented and charged correctly for tax purposes. You will be provided with a cost up front, so there are no surprises.2. Paying your paypal invoice is our contract; I do not provide refunds on completed works. However if you're unhappy during the proof stages, I will refund your payment less $5 to cover for the time and effort spent.3. Commission prices are subject to change and can fluctuate depending on complexity. The current prices are standard and will generally not exceed what's shown. I will always inform you ahead of time if the price will change prior to starting my work4. Final price is determined by various factors such as complexity and details.
